Objectives

Deliver a nationwide immersive activation for customers; taking them on a journey through the five senses of the Coca-Cola Experience to highlight the interchangeability of their Original and Zero Sugar variants

Lead 600 experiences a day

Collect first-hand impressions of the experience and the drink

Represent the brand’s sustainability efforts

Create a social media opportunity for consumers


Results

15 trained touring staff, 36 local supporting staff

8 live events hosted across 5 major cities

Average of 708 completed experiences per day over 28 activations

Total of 19,840 consumer experiences, 43% of which were unaware if they were drinking with sugar or without

100% of activation bottles recycled
